Audit and Accounts Manager
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide support to the partners in the efficient operations of the practice.
To be responsible for the completion of accounts complying with FRSSE.
To be responsible for managing predominantly charity audits but also small company audits. To assist in staff development in this area.
A good knowledge of personal and company taxation.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Charity audits including completing file to a high standard
Review & complete accounts to high quality
Communicating with clients including meetings with accounts.
Forming quality client relationships.
Assisting in developing systems to aid the development & expansion of the practice.
Team player capable of assisting in the development of others.
Generally 9 until 5 with half an hour lunch though we would give and expect flexibility.

GENERAL SKILLS/ ATTRIBUTES:
Ability to delegate
Experience at working in a small accountancy practice.
Experience of dealing with clients
ACA or ACCA although candidates qualified by experience would be considered.
